Arrangement
If the weather is bad, parents should pay attention to the following arrangements.
Typhoon signal／Rainstorm warning
Typhoon signal No.1/ Yellow Rainstorm Warning
Arrangement for children’s activities
All events will be held as usual.
Parental Sharing Arrangement
All events will be held as usual.
Typhoon signal No.3 / Red Rainstorm Warning
Arrangement for children’s activities
All events are cancelled. (if signal in effect 90 minutes on or before class starts)
Parental Sharing Arrangement
All events will be held as usual.
Typhoon signal No.8 or above/ Black Rainstorm Warning
Arrangement for children’s activities
All children’s activities canceled if the Typhoon signal No.8 or above/ Black Rainstorm Warning is still hoisted on or before:
－09:30 AM: activity starting between 11:00AM-2:59 PM will be canceled
－1:30 PM: activity starting between 3:00 PM- 6:00 PM will be canceled
Parental Sharing Arrangement
All Parental Sharing canceled if the Typhoon signal No.8 or above/ Black Rainstorm Warning is still hoisted on or before:
－9:30 AM: activity starting between 11:00 AM-2:59 PM will be canceled
－1:30 PM: activity starting between 3:00 PM- 6:00 PM will be canceled
1. If the observatory issues a Typhoon Signal No. 3 or higher or a Red Rainstorm Warning within 90 minutes before the commencement of the activity or during the activity, the activity will continue until its completion, and parents can decide to leave at their own discretion.
2. No re-arrangment or refund will be made for any cancelled activities in the event of adverse weather conditions.
3. Participants will not be informed individually in the event of adverse weather conditions. Parents should refer to the updates released by Hong Kong Observatory.
4. If the weather gets worse, we might let parents know any changes to the activity earlier than planned. Please pay attention to the announcements from our center.
